CIT is a practical support program to

redundancy, severance or significant corporate change, cope
with the prospect of job change and make positive moves
forward to the next stage of their careers. A typical program
spans one to two full days in a personalised and intimate
learning environment. Subjects covered include Coping with
Retrenchment, Psychometric Testing and Feedback, as well
as Coaching on Interview Techniques and Resume Writing,
etc.
